Booking Page Terms and Conditions
These Booking Page Terms and Conditions govern the use of the appointment scheduling page made available by Dennys Eduardo Rossetto.
Last updated: March 31, 2026
By using this booking page, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Booking Page
This booking page is provided to facilitate the scheduling of academic, educational, professional, speaking, advisory, supervisory, and related meetings.
Submitting a booking request through this page is intended only for lawful, genuine, and good-faith purposes.
2. No Automatic Right to a Meeting
The availability of a time slot does not guarantee that a meeting request will be accepted in all circumstances.
Appointments may be confirmed, declined, rescheduled, shortened, or cancelled where necessary due to scheduling conflicts, institutional obligations, scope mismatch, technical issues, or other legitimate professional reasons.
3. Accuracy of Information
When using the booking page, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and relevant to the purpose of the meeting.
You should not submit misleading, false, unlawful, abusive, or unnecessary personal information.
4. Appropriate Use
You agree not to use the booking page:
- for spam or unsolicited commercial solicitation;
- to send offensive, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content;
- to attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the booking system;
- to impersonate another person;
- to submit highly sensitive or confidential information that is not necessary for scheduling.
5. Meeting Scope
The booking page is intended for professional and academic purposes. The scheduling of a meeting does not create any obligation to provide consulting, legal advice, supervision, recommendation, partnership, or service engagement unless separately agreed.
A booked conversation should not be interpreted as the start of a formal contractual, advisory, or supervisory relationship unless expressly established afterward.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel a meeting, you should do so as early as reasonably possible using the options made available in the confirmation communication or by contacting dennys.rossetto@skema.edu.
Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, misuse, or abusive use of the booking system may result in future requests being declined.
7. Delays and No-Shows
If a participant does not join or attend within a reasonable time after the scheduled start time, the meeting may be considered missed and may need to be rescheduled.
Scheduling flexibility may vary depending on academic, professional, or institutional commitments.
8. Online Meetings and Technology
Where applicable, meetings may be conducted through Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Bookings integrations, or another appropriate platform.
The availability, quality, and continuity of online meetings depend in part on third-party systems and internet connectivity. Absolute technical availability cannot be guaranteed.
Meetings may be conducted through other software, such as Zoom or Google Meetings, subject to prior request and availability.
9. Recording and Confidentiality
Meetings should not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior authorization from all appropriate participants, except where recording is clearly agreed or required by law or institutional procedure.
For academic supervisions and advisories, especially for master’s and Ph.D. students, the meetings are usually recorded, and the recordings are made available to the supervised/advisored students so the students can review and use the recordings for guidance purposes only. For a non-recorded supervision/advisory meeting, the request must be clearly made before or at the beginning of the meeting.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, legally restricted, or highly sensitive information through the booking page unless strictly necessary and appropriately authorized.
10. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the booking page will be handled in accordance with the applicable Booking Page Privacy Notice and, where relevant, the broader website Privacy Policy.
Because the booking page is hosted through Microsoft Bookings, certain technical and service-related processing may also be carried out by Microsoft and related service providers.
11. Institutional Context
Where a meeting relates to activities connected to a university, business school, course, research project, event, or other institutional setting, applicable institutional policies, procedures, and communication rules may also apply.
12. Changes to Appointments or Terms
Appointments, formats, timings, and meeting conditions may be adjusted where reasonably necessary.
These Terms may also be updated from time to time. The latest version should be the one made available together with the booking page or its related notice.
