Booking Page Privacy Notice

This Booking Page Privacy Notice explains how personal data may be processed when you use the appointment scheduling page made available by Dennys Eduardo Rossetto.

2. Booking Platform

This booking page is made available through Microsoft Bookings and may be integrated with Microsoft Outlook and related productivity tools used to manage scheduling, confirmations, reminders, calendar availability, and meeting logistics.

Depending on the technical setup and institutional environment in which the page is hosted, personal data submitted through the booking flow may also be processed by Microsoft as platform provider and, where applicable, by the organization that provides the account infrastructure associated with the booking page.

3. Data That May Be Collected

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number, if requested or provided;
  • institution, company, job title, or affiliation, if provided;
  • meeting topic, reason for booking, or notes you submit;
  • selected date, time, and timezone;
  • booking status information, such as confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellation;
  • technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, and scheduling metadata.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal data submitted through the booking page may be used to:

  • receive and manage booking requests;
  • confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments;
  • send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages;
  • prepare for meetings and understand their subject matter;
  • manage calendar availability and meeting logistics;
  • prevent spam, abuse, fraud, or misuse of the scheduling system;
  • keep reasonable administrative and professional records;
  • comply with legal, institutional, contractual, or administrative obligations.

  • Microsoft Outlook and related Microsoft 365 services;

Personal data is not sold.

7. International Transfers

Because the booking page relies on cloud-based tools and service providers, personal data may be processed or stored outside Brazil.

When such transfers occur, reasonable efforts will be made to rely on safeguards and measures appropriate to the applicable legal framework.

8. Retention

Booking records, related correspondence, and scheduling metadata may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage appointments, maintain professional records, resolve disputes, comply with institutional obligations, and meet legal or administrative requirements.

As a general reference, booking-related records may be retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant interaction, unless a longer period is necessary for legitimate administrative, legal, or evidentiary reasons.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion where legally applicable, information about sharing, revocation of consent where consent is the relevant basis, and objection to certain forms of processing where legally applicable.
